Anastacia “Love Is A Crime” ~  Easily one of the year’s best songs – if not #1 already!  Jumping off of the recently released movie adaptation of Chicago, “Love Is A Crime” explodes onto dance floors with an intensity only rivaled by Kristine W’s “Clubland”! Thunderpuss’ over the edge anthem sound mixed with elements of big band swing is fierceness at it’s best!

    Whitney Houston “Love That Man” (Peter Rauhofer Retro Mix)  ~  She’s on a roll lately releasing hit after hit and this one is no exception!  The music is fabulous with an infectiously groovy big room beat and high energy synths to match, but most of all – it’s just plain fun, Gosh Darn It!!

    Kristine W “I’ll Be You Light” (Mac Quayle & Jack Elliot)  ~  “I’ll Be Your Light, Shining in the darkest night, Take you to a higher place, burning so bright,  I’ll be your star that moves you when the hope is gone,  gives you strength to carry on, burning so bright,  I’ll Be Your Light”  This is what Circuit Music is all about… Beautiful music that lifts our spirits, elevates our souls and moves our feet at the same time!

    Laura Pausini “If That’s Love” (Luca Cassani / DB Boulevard / Mike Rizzo / T&F vs Moltosugo) ~  Laura Pausini is back with another fantastic club hit loaded with remixes for all tastes.  Luca Cassani heads off the bunch with a nice solid club anthem mix.  Both DB Boulevard and T&F vs Moltosugo dish up yummy groovy house mixes while Mike Rizzo completes the set with his sweet trance club sound.

    Jennifer Lopez “All I Have”  (Richie Santana) ~  Sounding like Oscar G meets Peter Rauhofer, Richie Santana thrusts back onto dance floors with this dark sexy big room New York Pounder!

    Shannon “Give Me Tonight” (X-Union 2003 Mix) ~  This is definitely the best remix of this song to surface lately and even though it’s top notch X-Union, it still doesn’t compare to Hex Hector’s remix from 2000.

Eternal”, The Group – The KLF, The Voice – Wanda Dee.  (I feel like Casey Kasem right now – talk about Justified and Ancient!) Wanda Dee “Love like Mine” (Giuseppe D / Eddie Mix) ~    The Goddess returns with a brand new song featuring remixes by Giuseppe D and Eddie Mix.  Showing his true diversity, Giuseppe D blesses us with an uplifting synth soaring hands in the air club mix while Eddie Mix turns out a harder progressive trance slammer!

    Wendy Scanlan “Pray For The Love” (Mike Rizzo & Ernie Lake / Chris Sammarco) ~ Mike Rizzo & Ernie Lake join forces to create a slammin' electro funk club remix while Chris Sammarco dishes up a big room tribal club anthem.  Georgie Porgie, DJ Rico and Danny Woo remixes are coming soon from Xtreme Records.  This next song shouldn’t be missed for House music afficionados.  Gabin “Doo Uap, Doo Uap, Doo Uap” ~ Jazzy lounge house with a 1920’s “Cab Calloway”-ish swing twist.   Sort of like a groovier Fatboy Slim ;)

    Christina Aguilera “Beautiful” (Shanghai Surprise Mix)  ~  I just had to spread the word about this yummy groovy delight!  Simply “Beautiful”! (no pun intended… well maybe a lil bit)  If you are a fan of The Chemical Brother’s “Star Guitar” (and don’t hate Christina) then you’ll Loooove this! 

    Here’s a few goodies for all you progressive lovers… CK & SupremeDream Team “Dreamer” (Harry Hard Remix) ~ Slammin’ progressive trancer with samples of Supertramp’s “Dreamer”.  Unknown “Mr. Talisman” (Whitelabel) ~ Sing it with me… “DAY OH, DAAYAY OH” The Beetlejuice song never sounded so good!

    Warp Brothers “Cokane” (DJ Drastik / Robbie Rivera / Warp Bros Club & Back To Basics Mixes) ~ sticking with the caribbean theme, this song samples reggae artist Dillinger’s “Cokane In My Brain”.  <Sigh> I know how you feel,  My mom also used to sing this to me as a child.  Ah Sweet Memories…. Anywho, not only is this the debut single from the Warp Brothers’ album “Warp Factor” with three new exclusive mixes for the US but this is also the first release from former Strictly Rhythm Execs Mark Finkelstein & Bari Gossman’s new label, Blue Chip Records. (www.bluechiprecords.com)  Rogue Traders vs INXS “One Of My Kind” (Swimming In The Blue Mix / Rogue Traders Club Adventure) ~  Deep Sexy Funky Progressive at it’s best!

    Turn down the lights, take a deep breath,  it’s time to get your groove on! Here’s a few chillout gems that I’ve come across recently.  Shania Twain “Ka-Ching!” (Sowatt Extended Lounge Mix) ~ Shania slinks in at a sultry 100 bpm with this R&B / enigma-esque fusion.  DB Boulevard “Point Of View” (Pianopella / Sisco Lounge Mix) ~ The pianopella is great if you just want to relax while the Sisco mix is more for “Gruvin”.  But neither of these can touch the elegance and beauty of  DJ Sammy & Yanou ft Do “Heaven” (Yanou’s Candlelight Mix).
